The Diary Game • 19/09/2021 • SUNDAY

Hello Steemians!! I hope everyone's doing fine. So today's my third post on Steemit. Now let me take you throughout my activities today.

So I got up at 7:30 am ⏰and brushed my teeth. I took my cup of tea sitting on the verandah. It was a rainy Sunday out here at my place, in Assam.

One of our neighbours just dropped in as it was Sunday. Upon leaving, he also invited us for a cup of tea. Then at around 8:30 I went to bath. After having bathed, I got busy uploading a few Insta posts.

I had my breakfast at around 10:30 am. After that, my dad went for fishing. 🎣 Soon he called out to me and asked to bring a bucket to put the fishes. So I knew that we would be having fish for lunch.🐟

In the afternoon, I climbed onto the couch and checked my Whatsapp. There were many pending texts from my friends. I tried replying their texts.They are all just as confused as I about their admissions into UG. This year the sky-high cut-offs set by the colleges and varsities are really going over our heads. 😬😰

After lunch at around 2:45 pm, I went to my room and watched YouTube videos for sometime.
In the evening, me and my brother were resting in my room fiddling with our mobiles when mom came and told us to get ready. Then we realised that we were invited to our neighbour's place so we straightaway got up and started getting ready. After having dressed up we left for their place.

We had a good time at their place. They offered us prasad and later on snacks with tea. The man in the house is a priest. He has a huge collection of mythological texts including the Puranas. He showed us some of them. After having a long conversation with them, we took their leave and returned to our home.

Now it's almost time for dinner. Mom has prepared potato-papaya curry tonight.🥣😁
