Today, In India we celebrate the birthday of two Great Patrons of our country wo left no chance to bring reforms and give to the countrymen.
We celebrate the birthday of Father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi and Our former Prime Minister, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri
This day has been declared as a National Holiday in the country.
You all must have read and heard a lot about both of these great men, still I would like to quote some important teachings by both of them.

This day is spent in the remembrance of both great Leaders and is of Pride to the citizens of India
For me this day should be observed in cleanliness, the advantage of holiday should be availed at best. Each one of us should step out with cleaning equipments along with us and clean out our locality.
This would be the true meaning of bringing Gandhi's ideas to life. He gave us the idea of self dependency and thus we should observe this day to contribute to his thoughts.
