I visited china many times and was surprised how china grow so much compare to India. I surprised more when i saw chines was not in LOVE with english langage, but still they become wrold supply chain hubs. When i landed shanghai looking sky scrappers i was wonundering Indians have very wrong percenption about china. I visited many factories and met lots of people...but one day something happen which has given a clue why china success so much.
I was visiting a factory which was making Dotted Gloves ...which labours used on OIL RIGS and Construction sites. I have asked the factory owner where these Gloves will be shipped ...he smilled and reply me " He dont dont know ". I got surprised i asked him - " You dont have confirmed order " and he again replied with smile "NO". I have asked another suplimentry question " Then Why you are making ? This time he got irriated and reply me...suggest me what i should do..should make my sitt ideal. I replied with confidence you should have secured order then produce.
He took me inside office and told " Now I understand why china is ahead with India". I got surprised is reveled the secret of indian bsuiness to over rival business community. he conitinued and told me about factory in Gujrat which also make same product which his company is making ..presently that company is sitting ideal and waiting to get order finalized.
Tender are expected to come in public from many companies in 2 weeks of time..and when Gujrat base company will bid on new tender - they will quote by followings

The 2nd suprisisng things..in china you will not find craze to become engineer ...we have so much engineer but still
we import all phones from china as we are not able to make chips.. People love to learn practical things rather than
theoritical knowledge.
Indian need to learn a alot...In china small cities has factories which are making products which are getting exported..Chines understood the customer segmentation " The maximum No of buyers in the world are Poor so make
product for them as they always 1st time user , so they dont complain about product too much". They have created a min set...chines items are cheap and dont last long but still people buy.
we as Indian need to learn a lot from chines to become hub of world supplies.
