Hello everyone.....I'm Arun.
During this quarantine time, I miss some of the great trips that I went a year before. In Jan 2019, during the first year of my Higher Secondary Course, we went for a tour to Bangalore in the state of Karnataka in India, with my all-time best school friends.
I miss those moments now.
In this post, I'm just going to share my experience with you guys.
We started our journey from Tirupur through the train. It took about 9 hours from Tirupur to Bangalore. Then from the Bangalore railway station, we started to the Minerva Residency where we stayed for three days and we had food in the Sooper Hotel nearby to it.
Timeline in Bangalore:
- Iskcon Temple
- ISRO
- Sri Big Bull Temple
- Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium
Iskcon temple:
At first, we went to the Iskcon Temple. Sri Krishna and Radha are the Primary Gods in the temple. I brought a basic digital camera. But the temple management hadn't allowed me to take the camera into the temple. I enjoyed that tour with one of my favorite teachers who is like my best friend. But my sir just got permission to take a mobile phone inside. We took a group pic there. I just share that pic with you guys.
ISRO:
ISRO - Indian Space Research Organisation.
The main theme for the tour is that we, students can get some ideas about the space and satellite. Also, we saw the construction of a satellite over there.
There, a person from ISRO spoke about satellite launching and manufacturing. We listened to him and looked at some of the model satellites there. There they provided lunch for us. Then we returned to the residency in the evening.
Sri Big Bull Temple:
Then after coming back from ISRO, we took rest, and the next day we started to Sri Big Bull temple. There we saw the Big Bull statue and prayed to it and then spend time with friends there.
In the Bull temple, we people saw big horn-like statue.
Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium :
On the third day, we started to Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium from the Residency and while traveling in the bus, we danced as in the discotheque. We just enjoyed that last day of the trip very much. Then we reached there and in that planetarium, I learned a lot of information about our earth and many stars.
Then we went to the residency and packed our things. Then we started to the native that night.
