Hi streemian friends, I am Rajanna from Bengaluru city India and I'm a practising Lawyer.

Today I got up on my right-hand side at 5 am looking at my palms and chanting the waking up the mantra
" Karagre vasate Lakshmi karamadhye Saraswati karamoole Tu Govinda prabhaate karadarashanam "

After wake up mantra chanting, I go to the restroom for brushing and bathing.

After finishing up my morning chores, so Karnataka government imposed a complete lockdown for 14 days till May 12th to break the chain of the covid virus.

To boot up my immunity I came with a new subject to try myself after consultation with my Ayurveda doctor.

Vardamana pippali Rasayana tells

How TO USE

3 pippali ( 1cm long each) consumed 1st day, later increasing by 3 pippalis every day. Example 2nd day 6 pippalis
3rd day 9 pippalis and so on. This ascending order shall be followed for 10 days. From the 11th day onwards, the number of pippalis should be decreased in the same pattern, the decreased pattern should be continued for the next 10 days

DIET RESTRICTIONS

The only swashtika shall Rice or porridge should be taken along with milk as lunch this will help in proper digestion and utilisation of the pippali rasayana

It currs enlargement of the liver, spleen
and alleviates abdominal disorders
It strenthens Lungs, improves brain power

How to prepare Rasayana

Make powder of a pippali add one glass of organic milk and boiled the mixture for 30 minutes on a low flame and filtered the mixture

After cooling for some time I had consumed the above recipe

After the digestion of the above recipe, I had my breakfast I.e millet mix porridge

After finishing the above recipe, I go for preparing lunch. For today lunch I prepared Mangalore kuchabblakki rice.

After finishing my lunch (kuchabballakki rice adding milk and ghee) I took my midday nap.

After taking a rest I woke up. At that time I received phones from my kith and kin side

After attending the call I had watched the news headlines

Now it reached 5 pm I go the terrace. After terrace walking, I started writing this diary

After finishing all, I had dinner. Then seeing ill match I go for my routine sleep.
