I woke up at 6:00 a.m and completed my morning activity I went to my terrace did some pranayama as it keeps your body free from diseases so 20 minutes I did it. So after coming down from the terrace and then I drank my morning tea.We always hear how breakfast is the most important meal of the day but instead I would say that our thoughts in the morning can be our most important thoughts for the day!
While having tea I switched on the T.V and watched some news. After 20 minutes I had my bath.
After having a bath I had my breakfast. Today I had Sattu Ka Paratha and cucumber which is prepared by my mother.
After having dinner I started with my office work.In between the work i watched some videos in YouTube.I watched BB Ki Vines latest video Latika.
I took a 45-minute break in which I completed my lunch and then again I continued with my work. I had regular meetings with my teammate in which we used to update the status regarding the work. After completing the meeting I continued with my work.
I was so busy at work that when I checked the clock it was 5:30 pm. So I thought of taking a break. I had tea and some snacks. I checked my Facebook and Whatsapp notification and replied to some message. After having tea I work for some time and then logged off from my work.
Then I took some rest after that I thought of remembering some childhood memories so I started watching ShaktimaanonAmazon Primevideo. I watch at least 10 episodes and while watching I remember my childhood. Every Sunday how I used to wait for 12:00 pm and 1 hour before I used to sit in front of the T.V so that I don't miss anything.

Around 9:30 pm I had my dinner and then I started writing my diary post. After completing my diary I turn off the light and went to bed.
