This amazing festival is held every year during February in Surajkund, Haryana, India. Over 20 countries from Asia, Africa and Europe participate here and showcases their unique craftsmanship. I usually visit there every year except this year, due to Corona I resisted to visit there.
Since I am missing the visit, let me show you all what it looked like last year when Corona wasn't a thing.
Situated almost at outskirts of the city surrounded by forest, this place looks like some hill station's market.
These roads aren't used for transportation. just people visiting different stalls. It's so much fun If you visit with family or friends. I was with my friends.
Lovely Antique furniture, I purchased a little stool from here as my mother wanted one for the home.
I don't know how many people are aware of lumion, but a famous lumion's table vase is lying here . At left, circular black one. I wanted to buy one for me but it was quite expensive than what it was actually worth of. Ya the prices are quite high somewhere but rest are quite fine, as most of the products are handcrafted by artisans who sell them here.
This was quite funny. from mugs to clothes everything is available here. the food court was superb as well.
most of the stalls were built like this very aesthetic. some were in canopy and some were on floor. but everything was quite nice and good.
Do pay visit there it is around 15 days mela and the entry fees are nominal moreover you will quite enjoy there.
