Better life with steem| The diary game| 26th June| Hitler is still alive

Hello friends,
Do not be scared regarding the selection of the heading. I am not talking about the Hitler we all know.

I am talking about my wife 'Rita.' In my family, we always stand in attention mode, from breakfast to dinner she is very punctual.

Last 30 and half years, I have always tried to obey madam's instructions.

That was a joke, but honestly speaking, I am a diabetic patient, and due to her routine, I am still fit and fine.

In the morning generally, she always serves me rice with different boiled vegetables without salt.

Lunch for the day:-

In the evening at 4 pm, she serves evening tea without fail. Sometimes I avoid my two-wheeler for visiting someplace and walk to reach the destination.

After dinner, I also go for a walk then sleep.
Like the same way today, I also woke up early in the morning, and after freshening, had my morning tea.

Then I watched the news for a couple of hours and sent good morning wishes to many friends through WhatsApp.

After that, I ate breakfast and then went to visit my father on a walk.

After coming from there, I ate my lunch and started chatting with the family about the vaccine situation.

Then in the evening, after having evening tea, I started chatting with my friend over the phone.
Then I finished my dinner and went for a walk.

Every day my family feeds street dogs after our dinner.
Friends, lastly I like to say to get a healthy life try to follow a specific routine.

Laugh and enjoy every moment. Live and let live. That was my simple daily routine for Saturday.
