The first thing I want to share with you is that a couple of years ago I suffered an accident working in a pharmacy, that day of work by accident I inhaled a very dangerous chemical compound that developed in me a very strong allergic response to the point that I could not breathe, after I went to the doctor and recovered over time I began to notice that I could not breathe when inhaling strong smells, I tell you all this because I was already used to the feeling of suffocation until I started with the wim hof exercises.
These are the benefits I gained from practising the breathing method:

The first benefit I got was the disappearance of the feeling of suffocation with which I always lived, although it has not disappeared completely, the breathing technique has allowed me to increase my breathing capacity to the point that I no longer have these episodes of suffocation, it is certainly a great joy for me to know that suffocation no longer affects me so much.
The second benefit I got was the increase of my energy, before practicing the breathing exercises I was tired almost all the time, it is possible that because of the type of work I do I get tired mentally, but now after doing the breathing exercise I have more energy with which I can do my work more efficiently.
The third benefit is the mental clarity that I have after doing the exercises, it is difficult to explain the calm that comes to my mind and how clear my thoughts are when I finish the exercises, I think this is because the brain is relaxed and allows you to make decisions in a clearer and more precise way without doubt is wonderful for me.
in conclusion the practice of this technique can help you to improve your quality of life making you have better health and a better response to viruses, I recommend you to be constant and you will see the enormous results that this technique will bring to your life.
