There are ingredients:

I bought a chicken with bones from a chicken shop at the market. It's usually a white-boiled chicken, so it's large. I did not throw away the skinned bones and asked them to bring them.
I removed the fat attached to the neck bone, washed it once with water, put it in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer. You can use it when making meat.
The oil and excess chicken skin were cut with scissors, and the thick breast meat was sliced with a knife as if it were poaching, and the flesh was thinned out.
Put 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of red pepper paste, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of sake, and 1/2 cup of minced garlic in a bowl and mix. Soy sauce, red pepper paste, sugar, cooking wine, garlic = 1 : 1 : 1 : 1 : 1 : Adjust the ratio. You can adjust the amount of garlic and sugar to your liking. I did not reduce the amount of sugar by using rice wine, which is less sweet than cooking wine.
5 Then, add the prepared seasoning sauce to the trimmed chicken and mix well. Add the seasoning sauce to the meat and marinate it until you feel like there is too much seasoning.
Vegetables are prepared from vegetables in the refrigerator. I shredded 1/4 cabbage, 1/2 onion, 1 green onion, and 5 perilla leaves, and peeled 1 potato and cut it into half moons of 0.5 cm. I cut 2 cheongyang peppers diagonally.
Then, put the marinated meat in the seasoning, hold a spatula in both hands, and stir-fry it until it is cooked.
When the meat is completely cooked, cut the meat into bite-size pieces with scissors and boil it again in the seasoning. I thought I had to put a lot of this and that in the seasoning for chicken ribs, but that wasn't the case. You can make delicious and hearty chicken ribs at home. After you eat the meat, add the udon noodles to the remaining seasoning, stir-fry it, and stir-fry the rice.
