As a nursing student, I have had the opportunity to work with different personalities, some good and some not so good, but in many cases some stand out from the rest.
A few days ago I had the opportunity to work with a new person, at first glance she looked pleasant. I observed her for a while without her noticing.
Based on beauty standards, this girl did not meet the requirements to be considered beautiful, however, she captivated me.
After three days of working with her, I told a friend: I have met a very beautiful person, I love working with her.
She has a very kind personality, she has the patience to treat children, she has a lot of knowledge about her work, and it shows that she enjoys being a nurse.
My friend just replied: "Who did you fall in love with now?"
Let's say it's not a crush, it's an admiration for a kind of kindness that we don't see often in some health institutions and I will never forget it.
The day we finished our internship there, I was unable to attend and since we could not say goodbye, she asked for my phone number from one of my colleagues and wrote me.
"I know that for you and your family, it is a source of pride to say that we already have a new graduate who will always be the youngest of the group and your parents. I hope you go out to practice because I know you can handle many more challenges in life. Take care of yourself. It was a pleasure to meet you."
I did not expect this message and I could not help but cry a few tears while reading it.
If at any time you have subordinates, remember that you decide what marks you will leave on them because that will be engraved in their memories.
