We @whyaskwhy@steemit.com felicitate with the nation of South Korea as they Celebrate their Independence from Japan Hegemony today.

We specially felicitate with the South Korean President , Hos Excellency, Moon Jae-in.

But why are we Celebrating it today instead of August??

Would any of my SOUTH KOREAN friends educate us here please?
