Ingredients
- 200 grams of green sticky rice, wash and soak for 4 hours
- 200 grams of granulated sugar
- 100 grams of coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon of natural green coloring (optional)
How to Make
- Steam the green sticky rice for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
- Mix the granulated sugar, coconut milk, salt, and vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the sugar mixture to the steamed sticky rice. Stir well.
- Print the dough in a cake mold or shape according to taste.
