We live in a strange time and a strange world. The events and news get obsolete with the speed of light. Our brain is simply incapable to digest all daily information that we hear non stop.
More and more people prefer to hide at home and have a secluded place on planet where no-one uninvited is allowed.
You do not have to spend a lot of money on interior design. But you can create a special place where you can escape from reality around you.
The place must be perfect for relaxation and it must be beautifully arranged so you can mentally recharge. You can make at least an attempt to make it cosy and just change tiny objects that will bring you to happy moments of your life. You can place around your favourite photos or put dome gifts or souvenirs. Keep a special atmosphere that is pleasant for you. This is really important as you can have your personal retreat.
