In life, almost all of us have the tendency to procrastinate which basically means the act to delay something even if you have some free time on hand. I also have to say that when it comes to procrastinating I am guilty as anyone else as I always do it. But since I am aware of this fact I try to do something about t and even though this works about 60 percent of the time I am happy that I am doing something about my Habit of Procrastinating.
When it comes to Procrastination the First Step Matters a lot and by which I mean if you have a Job of Filling up 10 bottles of Water make a situation where you have no other choice but to take the first step and in my case, I drink all the water that is available to me near hand. Then I go and do the job I was supposed to do as I am left with no other choice and since I take the first step I usually complete the entire job instead of just filling one Bottle. So yeah this is something that I use in my day-to-day life so that I don't become extremely LAZY.
This is my process of getting out of Procrastinating and it works for me but even though this is the right approach for me this might not work for everyone, but I will still ask you guys to give it a try as you never know what works for you and what doesn't until and unless you try it for yourself.
