How to make your crunchy plantain chips taste differently with an amazing recipe | @christnenye

Hello steemians!

Hope your day is moving well?

Anyways,welcome back to my blog.Today I will be different from Technology,I will be working you down the process of making a crunchy😉 plantain chips with a different amazing recipe.

Stay tuned it is going to be fun😁.

Ingredients:
Fresh pepper
Garlic
salt
vegetable oil(good one)
lastly, plantain.

Ok, We are done listing the ingredients which I know is very affordable to everyone.Now let the frying begin!

Wash your plantain and peel the back

Afterwards,slice the plantain into chips either with a knife or a cutter,but I don't have a cutter so I will make do with a knife.

then, peel your Garlic and wash your pepper, cut the pepper into half's as shown below

Dissolve your salt by leaving it for like 5 minutes.

sprinkle the dissolved salt on the chips and leave for like another 5 minutes.

Get your frying pan or pot ready,dry the frying pan or pot and pour your oil,please the oil should be a bit much because it is a deep frying.Allow the oil to get hot.

put your pepper(one seed cut into halfs at once)

put your garlic and allow it for sometime

pour your plantain (the size your frying pan or pot can contain)

Once you notice that the pepper has turn to brown color as shown on the screenshot below remove it and put another halfs

fry it and pour in a shifter when it is done

your plantain chips is ready.
