The human population mostly the young ones in our rising population are posed with activities which is really dangerous to their health. A set of chronic addictions which has silently crept into their lives is this hard drugs.

In every local gathering of the youth these days they always start with puffing up their cigarettes or marijuana. They are so happy to meet, laugh and cheer with peers using these hard drugs as kola. They do not care the harmful effect on their system. Rather they keep on harming themselves but cannot stop it because it's a painful addiction.

I get pained when a young man or group of friends of reputable standards light up, and start smoking or snuffing hard drugs. It's obvious already that people who take hard drugs have a shortened life span, as their system is already altered and can barely function well, due to the soot or smoke and the clog of harmful chemicals on their visceral organs and their lungs too.

I once saw a good friend of mine who was a core drug addict. Today he cannot as much as hold up an object without his hands shaking and his whole body shaking too. It's so shameful and painful. Hard drugs has put lots of people in bondage, they hardly feel like leaving it. It's a menace and should be stopped in the society.

The bondage of hard drugs are so much, it has impoverished lots of people too. They can hardly fend for themselves but when they get little money, they source these harmful drugs, thereby deteriorating their finance and keeping them helpless. They need help and they can help themselves. This is a rising issue which needs to be dealt with. I hope someone gets changed after this article.

A major effect of this hard drugs is this, on the long run these victims get to run mad and also fail to achieve their destiny in life. It is a very dangerous addiction and I would love to save a life today. Avoid hard drugs, stay away from bad friends who influences you negatively. Decency and courtesy should be adopted by all. We can live without hard drugs. I hope I save a life today.
