Experiences and Moments With My Boss by @faithilyn

Thank you so much @Ihorgic for organising this wonderful contest. Am sure we have all had our experiences with our bosses.

My boss was really a wonderful woman , am saying was because I left that job and am trying to do my own things. When I had just gotten the job, I was nervous all the time and so scared of making any mistake. So at one time my boss called me and told me to type a document that she had already drafted. Because my computer skills by then we're lacking , I was so slow so she came and asked me to hurry up with the document .

Something that made me more nervous is that she stood there besides me looking at me, honestly I couldn't type, I lost it all but because she was an amazing woman, she didn't get angry with me but she just told me to let her type it because she needed it fast. And while she was doing the typing she gave me tips on how I can increase my typing skills. Though I was scared but it became a wonderful experience for me with my boss.

I also loved how she always delegated work to me. This helped me learn to do alot of things and it even boosted my confidence. With time I was nolonger the nervous and scared worker I was at first all because I had gained experience from the many tasks I had accomplished.

Am really so grateful for that boss of mine and am lucky that I got a chance to express my gratitude to her.
