Hello friend this post about my test equipment actually these are not mine but I work with them usually.
These are called Test Equipment most of these equipment work with RF field and these are more expensive some of them cost more than 30,000USD.
There are many things we need to know and follow when working with these equipments.
First of all, you should read the user handbook related to each device, it will help you to avoid many mistakes and defects. Almost all these devices work with 240 volt and 115 volt AC current and there is a switch for it which should be changed according to the domestic power supply. Since these are measuring devices, you should be aware of the maximum and minimum values that can be measured. In most devices, this value is stated in watts or dB.
Accordingly, 1 watt is equal to 30 dBm. You may be wondering how we can measure values higher than this value?
It has a mounting part for this device That is called Attenuater. Attenuater is a device consists with load resister network it dicipate the power to ground and reduce the huge power to low power value. Attenuater value measure in dbm and also it have watt value.

Vector Network Analizer
VNA can measure both amplitude and phase measurements and maximum input value is 28dbm and it can only measure CW wave forms only.
Function Genarator
This is different than normal signal genarators because of it can make different wave forms like sine wave, square wave, sawtooth wave, PWM.
Power Meter
power meter use for measure power value of amplifier it can measure upto 1Mega watt but its input must be lower than 30dbm so we use relevent attenuaters to reduce power input.
Spectrum Analizer
Spectrum analizer use to measure amplitude of frequency and it has frequency range between 9khz to 8Ghz . This one also have inbuilt power meter.
LCR Meter
LCR meter use to measure value of inductors , capacitors and resisters. This equipment give more details than the multimeter.
Oscilascope
Oscilascope use to measure samll frequency and it can measure any frequency lower than 500mhz. But some oscilascopes have more than 2ghz.
