Hi to members of this family, I appreciate @Ihorgic for organizing this wonderful contest and am gland to be part of this contest.

Introduction

In our endeavor we encountered elot of situations that are pleasant and not pleasant hence motivation that encourages or discourages our hope and future on our lives. In the pleasant moment in our work it could be good sell, apreciation from the boss, gift, birth or even salary increase. While the unpleasant moment could be boss grievances, reduction of salary, sack and mortality. In difficult moments it's can be experiences that resulted either from costumer or business partner having a repeated experiences in my work.

My job description

I work as a manager in a private business own by two people, due to my placement in the business. I was much engaged attending to the employees, business owners and customers.
Being incharge of the business I handled purchasing and selling power of the business. I took record of all purchases and sells made. As a manager of the business I negotiate price of whatever we are buying and selling.

My difficult situation

One day I bought better new breed of the animal from someone, he also sell the feed of the breed I bought from him. Because the new breed is not like the other our business used to have. The feed also was quite different from the ones we were having. When I inquired from him how to get the feed of the new breed. He told me I can only get it from a different state. He has it for many years now, he is working in a state where getting the feed formation is not difficult. He told me that I can buy the feed from him. I have been buying the feed from him for sometime now, one day I paid for feeds to be delivered to me and the man was not able to give me the feeds. Lack of feeds was seriously affecting the growth of the business. I persuaded him but effort proved abortive. The owners of the business were mounting pressure on the delay of feeds that is affecting the business.
Thanks God I was able to handle the situation by having meeting with the man I paid for feeds with the owners of the business and the issue was resolve without any hitches. All the parties involved were happy with the outcome of the meeting and we arrived at a definite conclusion. The goods were delivered as concluded in the meeting.

On the side of the employees, some were treating costumers any how without given them proper attention. This led to some costumers to stop doing business with us. Some employees don't have costumers relation. Costumers called me and complained on the approach of my employees to them. Because I noticed the reduction on the patronage from costumers and the poor sells. I inquired from one of the employee and he told me everything. I scheduled a meeting with my employees, issues were pointed out. Some because of there personal problems with my costumers and brought it to my business.

I handled the issues and told them not to bring in there personal problems to my business and should also learn to forgive the wrong of people. I also made it clear to my employees that customers are the king of your business and they should regard them with hight esteem. I handled the issue, regained my costumers and my selling power increases.

Conclusion

Difficult situation may arise from our business but our approach in handling them determine the out come from them. All differences must be considered to be able to handle them properly and peacefully.
