Dear friends, how are you all? Hope everyone is well. Today I am going to share with you a Bengali recipe "Alu Ghant".

A few days ago, my mother suddenly became very ill. She was unable to cook due to severe fever. Then I told mom that I will cook. I asked my mom what to cook. Mom said she wanted to cut potato ghant. So I went to the kitchen and cooked balur ghant and rice. Here I present only Bengali recipe "Aloo/potato ghant" to you.
