- Why do we eat guava? Guava is rich in water, fiber, Vitamin A, BK, Potassium, Calcium, Protein and Minerals. Guava is rich in Vitamin C. It contains 211 mg of Vitamin C. Vitamin C keeps the mouth, teeth and gums healthy.
Benefits:
. Increase immunity
Guava is rich in vitamin C. Which enhances immunity and gives the body the strength to fight various diseases.
. Reducing the risk of cancer
Guava contains many antioxidants like lycopene, vitamin C, quercetin which prevent the growth of cancer cells in the body. It prevents prostate cancer and breast cancer.
. To eliminate the problem caused by cold
Guava plays a role in curing various cold related problems like bronchitis. Due to its high content of iron and vitamin C, it reduces mucus. However, raw guava is effective in eliminating the problem of cold.
. Controlling blood pressure
Guava plays an important role in controlling blood pressure. Its potassium helps in lowering blood pressure.
. Increased vision
Vitamin A is beneficial for the eyes. Vitamin A in it keeps the cornea healthy and prevents night blindness. Put guava on your daily diet. Raw guava is a good source of vitamin A.
. Menstrual pain is cured
