Many people believe that Chinese food is very spicy but the stereotype is not exactly correct. There are many provinces in China were the food is extremely spicy such as Sichuan province. If you try food in these provinces, there could be chance you can't handle it. But there are many provinces were the food is not spicy at all such as Canton. There are too many provinces so you can watch Chinese food guide.
