I have several communities that I like: Steem Stars, SteemSkillshare.
Steem Stars despite not having a great support you can notice that they are fair when proclaiming the winners, you can see how they try to choose to support votes to various people who are part of the community and not just a VIP group and that's great and also that when you post the moderators are aware of you, you are named in their publications and even if you do not earn money often that interaction and justice makes you belong to that community in good times and bad.

Steemskillshare has been a community that has given me the opportunity to participate in several contests, I love the educational theme because it has to do with my profession so I feel very well here, I participate whenever I can in the contests but sometimes there are very few contests, and when there are few contests I am absent, I hope to participate more in this community soon.
