Food is what we eat every day in our life so that we grow healthy and strong. So I will love to share the different types of food I ate this week.
MY FIRST FOOD WAS BOLU CAKE
Bolu cake happens to be the food I ate this week.
Bolu is a cake originating from Malay land which is flavored with the juice of Pandanus amaryllifolius leaves.
This food is famous in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, the Netherlands and China.
The ingredients used in making this cake include :
- 4 items egg
- 180 Gr sugar
- 1/2 tsp sp
- 65 ml coconut cream
- 100 ml cooking oil
- 200 gr flour
- 1/2 tsp bp
- 75 ml water

MY SECOND MEAL THIS WEEK WAS KALASAN FRIED CHICKEN
There are various types of fried chicken, one that has been around for a long time is kalasan fried chicken. This food is made from a number of spices such as candlenuts, coriander, tamarind, brown sugar, and most importantly coconut water. The combination of all the spices will give the chicken a savory and sweet taste.
Kalasan fried chicken is also a child-friendly side dish because it doesn't use chilies. So, there is almost no reason not to serve this delicious meal to the family.

Kikil is a part of beef gravel that can be processed into various delicious and appetizing dishes. You can prepare it by sauteing, frying, or processing it into a soupy dish, you can even add shrimp and plants.

- Shrimp 300 gr
- Red onion

- Handful of cayenne

THE FOURTH FOOD THIS WEEK IS JENGKOL STEW
Jengkol stew is a very popular food in the city of Jakarta and has spread to various regions in Indonesia. In the system for making jengkol stew, the thing that needs to be considered is the accuracy of the spices to produce the right taste of jengkol stew that blends with the spice ingredients.
Of the five foods I ate this week, jengkol stew is the food I like the most, even though after eating it it causes a bad smell in my mouth and my urine is yellow and smells bad.

THE FIFTH DISH I EAT THIS WEEK WAS TIAU NOODLES WITH FRIED BEANS
Tiau noodles are a type of white, flat Chinese noodle made from rice. Tiau noodles are quite a popular food in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta and other places where many people of Chinese descent live.
The following are the ingredients needed to make Tiau noodles.
Ingredients :
- 1 pack Mie Tiau
- Stir fry seasoning
- 3 clovesred onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 8 pcs Cayenne pepper
Complementary :
- 1 stickLeek
- Bean sprouts (optional)
- Green mustard greens (optional)
- Cabbage (optional)
- 2 Items Eggs (scrambled)
- 10 heads shrimp
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili sauce
- 3-5 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- Enough Salt
- Enough Mushroom broth (I use chicken broth)
