Responsibility:
- Run contest
- Check every post quality.
- Guide old and new user.
- Arranged meeting.
- Prepared weekly & monthly report.
Qualification
Before appointing moderators for the Help4Help Steemit community, some factors that should be taken into consideration. These are:
Expertise and Experience: The ideal moderator should have a good understanding of Steemit, its features, and its user base. They should also have experience in managing online communities and dealing with various issues that may arise.
Availability and Commitment: Moderators should be committed to their role and be available to address issues and concerns in a timely manner. They should be active members of the community and be willing to dedicate the time and effort necessary to ensure its success.
Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential for a moderator, as they will need to interact with community members, address concerns and disputes, and enforce community guidelines. They should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that is respectful and courteous.
Impartiality and Objectivity: Moderators should be impartial and objective in their decisions, and avoid taking sides in disputes or favoring certain members of the community. They should be able to approach issues and conflicts objectively and make fair and unbiased decisions.
