Report on changes to the design of the construction of a house for Manuel #worldsmileproject50pc

After some time ago I shared the details of building a house for Manuel measuring 6 x 8 meters, this time after intensive coordination with el-nailul and mariana4ve with various considerations we decided to revise it to 6 x 6 meters with the following notes :

1. The appearance of the building is still like the initial design
2. The height of the front building from 4.5 meters to 3.5 meters, while the height of the rear building still follows the initial design, which is 3 meters.
3. The bedroom, family room and living room are combined without any skat, only the bathroom with a size of 2 x 1.5 meters is left.

The reasons for the design change are as follows:

1. The high price of materials
2. Adapting to the customs that exist in the country of Venezuela
3. Minimize the cost budget to 1000 SBD

Conclusions for the construction of a house Manuel as follows:

1. Construction will be done in the next few days.
2. Construction materials will be ordered soon
3. Negotiations with builders or workers are in progress
4. Additional funds are still needed.
