Elements of Mango Yogurt Parfait
1 Mango, stripped and chopped
1 and a half cup Muesli
1 and a half cup Hung Low-fat yogurt
3 tbsp Low-Calorie sweetener
1/2 tsp Green cardamom powder
A few saffron strands absorbed wate
r4 tbsps + 4 tbsps doused basil seeds (sabzi)
Fresh mint twigs for embellish
Instructions to Make Mango Yogurt Parfait
- Take balanced yogurt in a bowl, add low-calorie sweetener, green cardamom powder, and saffron water, and race till smooth. Move into a channeling sack and cut the end,
- To layer the parfait, add a piece of the muesli into individual serving glasses. Pipe out a part of the improved yogurt, add a part of the mango pieces, and add 1 tbsp splashed basil seeds into each glass.
- Top it with a part of muesli once more, pipe a portion of the yogurt combination, add a portion of the mango pieces, and top it up with 1 tsp doused basil seeds onto each glass. Embellish with mint branch and serve right away.
Tip: To make the hung yogurt, basically take the yogurt in a muslin fabric, tie it and balance it over a counter in a muslin material for 2-3 hours.
