Mount Sinabung erupted five times with a height of eruption between 400-1,500 meters. Not only that, Sinabung also spewed hot clouds twice to the southeast east with a glide distance of 2,000-3000 meters.

The eruption of Mount Sinabung is clearly visible from Bukit Gundaling tourist attraction, in Berastagi subdistrict which is chest in safe zone of radius 16 Km. Some tourists had time to take pictures even though the fear could make them panic. 
Meanwhile, the monitoring in PVMBG Post officers have recorded five eruptions with a 400-1,500 meter high eruption and two hot clouds glide at a distance of 2,000-3000 meters to the east southeast.
For seismic activity, in Sinabung, there have been 22 earthquakes, three times low frequency, two hybrid, and tremor earthquake still occurring up to now.
With the high activity of Mount Sinabung, the PVMBG urged residents not to enter or move in danger zone of Mount Sinabung. Status of Mount Sinabung itself is still at the highest level or awas, namely Level IV.
