Day of the invention of sunglasses
Scientists believe that the first sunglasses began to wear in the distant 17th century. At first, the resourceful craftsmen began to apply color paint or varnish to ordinary glasses, which created a blackout effect. Fashion women of those times liked to walk in glasses from the sun's rays, which were made from expensive materials, and were considered a luxury item. There is accurate information that northern peoples, for example, the Nenets and Eskimos, have long used glasses from bright snow, and they were made by hand from the bones of dead animals or from wood. Products had a narrow and elongated shape, and they were worn mainly by hunters, when they were sent for prey to the area surrounded by ice. Chinese judges also often wore smoked quartz-coated glasses in court at hearings of the case, as they allowed to hide the attitude of the state husband to the defendant.
A thing of 17th century still in fashion now .. Cool !
