Number one thing you need to start to do is exercise daily and eat a low-fat diet, rich in fiber with lots of organic fruits and vegetables.

Next, you'll want to buy some tea tree oil, some Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut oil and other essential oils that are to be used on the skin. Stay away from synthetics and always try to buy everything organic as they are the best and ONLY thing you should be using on your skin topically as anything we put on our skin, enter into our skin pours and get into our blood stream within the first few seconds after applying them. So, always use organic stuff.
One remedy you can try is to buy some calendula flower mix and add about a Tablespoon to a cup of water and bring it to a boil. Then let this cool off and strain the water and use this mixture on your skin on and around the affected area. Calendula is rich in healing properties and can heal eczema, relieve rashes and help to treat and get rid of cellulitis. It is an antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial as well so that it has many benefits for
using as an antiseptic.
Next remedy you can also try is to simply mix 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and 2 Tablespoons of Tea Tree oil and apply this topically to the infected area. You need to boost the immune system with diet and exercise, on top of any remedy as you need to get blood flowing to the affected areas. You can do as much as you can without overexerting yourself or waring yourself out. Just keep pushing and you’ll get through it.
Another one to try as well is using (ACV) Apple Cider Vinegar, both topically and with your diet.
The diet will take 15 days total, and you must allow your body to go back to normal for a few days before repeating this, but you can do a lot of ACV in the course of time. Trust me, I’ve done it and I’ve survived, so – so can you.
Combine 2 Tablespoons of ACV to a Liter of water. Drink one glass in the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach. Drink one glass immediately after lunch while the food starts to digest. Drink one glass in the afternoon without a snack, and drink one immediately after dinner. Do this for 15 days or at least 2 weeks straight without a break as this will help to fight off the bacterial infection of cellulitis internally while you also use remedies to fight it topically as well.
Along with this internal remedy, you can either mix 1 tablespoon or more with a lotion and make a mixture, or you can mix it with coconut oil and use a stick blender to mix it up into making your own lotion. Use this topically along with any other creams that you might have available. I recommend using nothing that has chemicals which are going to harm the skin further or be worse for your overall health in general, but that’s my take on it.
I would use foot soaks as a remedy with a foot spa, and find recipes online that you personally come up with and make, but keep buying into the antiseptic treatments that have anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties as cellulitis is a bacterial infection that is beneath the skin dermis that causes cellulitis. You can initially get them from eczema or just regular bug bites, and it can fester and turn into cellulitis.

This is the best remedy for all skin care as there is nothing, I’ve done better for myself than just doing this one alone. Yes, it takes money, but you can start with just a few ingredients and add more as you can get them. You DO NOT have to have all the ingredients right out of the gate. You can get a few here and there, and soon enough you’ll have them all and can make your own
natural soap that isn’t just great for skin, it will also kill any microorganism that can be festering or living on your skin. These are the main reasons why I had to make this soap and I believed in the people teaching me these remedies that they were truly out to help people and help people to stay away from all the toxic chemicals and genetically modified bull crap that is out there. Once you make this soap, you will seriously feel like a brand-new person after your first few days of using it. Hell, after your first week or two, you will do so much good for yourself that you won’t even understand why you are feeling as good as you will. In which case, I hope that you can start by just getting the few things on this list that you can and go from there. This is what I had to do, and I did, and I’ve never felt better.
Though I’m still healing, I’m able to feel truly blessed and life is no longer a living hell, it’s torment at times, but I’m no longer living a nightmare or a constant hell on earth. And that’s a lot better then living a life of pure agony.

2000mg of Niacin – to stimulate the blood

11oz castile soap
1000 mg Niacin
1oz light roast coffee
1 teaspoon ascorbic acid
¼ teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
1 teaspoon MSM powder (sulfur)

1 dropper full or 10 drops of Fulvic Acid w/copper
10 drops rosemary
10 drops clove oil
6-8 drops clary sage
15 iodine
½ teaspoon Sole' Salt prepped at least 24 hours in advance

Coconut oil and Cacao Butter and Magnesium with MSM and Iodine. Rub it all over your skin and in your scalp.
Stop using chemicals on anything and try to only eat whole foods.
Use foot soaks…
Foot Soaks
One way to detox the body is to take a foot detox bath to eliminate toxins and revive tired feet.
What you need for this is ¼ cup of sea salt or Himalayan salt
¼ cup of Epsom salt
¼ cup of baking soda
and 1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.
Essential Oils can also be added but are completely optional
First dissolve the first 3 ingredients of salts and baking soda to boiling water and set the pot to cool slightly before adding the Apple Cider Vinegar.
Next, pour this mixture into a foot soak or basin large enough to soak your feet in. Add the essential oils of your choice (Rosemary, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Clove or even Frankincense.) All of which will add another healing agent into the mixture.
Soak your feet for about a half hour or longer.
Another foot soak to try is a Clay Bath
Which is ½ cup of bentonite clay
½ cup of Epsom salt
Essential Oils can also be added but are completely optional.
First, dissolve the Epsom salt in hot water, and add essential oils as well if you're planning on using them. Then, take the clay and make a paste with it. Just mix it with a little bit of water.
Next, stand in the tub of hot water prepared with Epsom salt and oils, and rub a layer of the mask over the feet or body and allow the mask to dry for a few minutes before you sit down in the tub, or soak your feet in the tub. Soak in the tub for 20 minutes to allow the mask to soak toxins from the skin.
Then, remove the clay mask and wash off with a washcloth. The clay in this bath works to remove any heavy metals from the body and the Epsom salt helps repair your magnesium levels.
Another bath or foot soak to try is an Oxygen Bath.
2 or more cups of Hydrogen Peroxide; 1 Tablespoon of dried ginger in powdered form.
Add this mixture to a foot soak or bath to help relieve pain or congestion from colds. You'll feel better as the ginger will help to clear away congestion and relieve pains. It's recommended to do this soak for about 30 minutes or longer. Great soak for your feet.
Another bath or foot soak made to improve circulation and blood flow, detoxification and relaxation for the whole body. You're going to need 7 Liters of hot water, 1 cup of Epsom
salts, 2 tablespoons of Olive oil, 5 drops of mint essential oil, 1 cup of mint tea, 1 cup of lemon juice and a few lemon slices.
All you need to do is soak your feet in this recipe for about 15 minutes, but I'd recommend doing it for longer since you are putting a lot of ingredients in this one, don't let it go to waste and go a whole half hour in this foot soak.
Next massage your feet to get rid of all the dead skin cells. This powerful mixture will help to relax your feet and improve your circulation within your whole body.
Another one to take for athletes foot or sore feet is to use apple cider vinegar, ½ cup along with 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt and some water. Just soak your feet in this for 10 minutes a day.
For fatigue, Aches and Pains soaking your feet in Apple Cider Vinegar can soothe swollen, or tired and over-worked feet. It has anti-inflammatory properties that can end up becoming
a lifesaver for those who are constantly on the go, or constantly have pain in their feet.
Just add one-part Apple Cider Vinegar to 2 parts hot water and a few tablespoons of Epsom salt and soak your feet in this mixture for about 30 minutes to take advantage of all the benefits
of this home remedy. This also can kill bacteria's that lead to smelly feet.
Another one for dry feet, is again to use Apple Cider Vinegar as it softens the skin of the feet and combats calluses, heel fissures and corns. Apply the vinegar to the affected areas will
moisten the skin patches. Just add Apple Cider Vinegar directly to the feet and even place cotton balls between your toes that are soaked in Apple Cider Vinegar and fall asleep. In the morning, you can use a foot scrubber or something to exfoliate the dry dead skin.
But again, just doing a foot soak of 1 parts apple cider vinegar to 2 parts water, for 2 weeks, even if you don't have any of these problems, you'll be amazed by the results.
