Bought a Bracket set model no. 904 546, called HDCDIATI made in Vietnam, through Home Depot.
This bracket set is supposed to hold in a glass shelf.
For the low price of under 12 dollars I did not expect a real high end product, home decorators collection however the fasteners that came with the item were of such inferior make and quality, that I was unable to fasten the brackets in the first place. The drywall screw anchor did not have a proper grip opening for any screwdriver to fit in, so the screwdriver just spins without turning the anchor. By using a screw to help turn the anchor, the anchor snapped off and was therefore useless.
The fasteners are INFERIOR and useless.
Yes, the item can be returned for a refund, but the real issue is why does Home Depot, carry such low quality products? The time spent going back and forth to this retailer to get this matter resolved is worthless compared to getting a refund.
