I'm pretty disgusted by this. The Porstmouth news - the local newspaper - funded a project to provide temporary sleeping accomodation for up to 10 people who were forced to sleep rough. As a famous city and acient port, Portsmouth has had a numberof people who have been forced to sleep rough for many years, and there have been a variety of solutions. This bus seems to have been one of the better ones, and it is a shame that it has been abused like this.
