Excellent assessment of our educational situation. I agree that the system must be dissolved and reinvented. They (educators) are always complaining about needing more money. I'm OK with investing more if we do it with someone other than those who have already failed. If I hire a carpenter to build my house and the house falls down, I'll have it rebuilt - but I won't give the same carpenter more money to do it. I'll hire someone else.
