Responses to Homeschooling Opposition Challenge and Awards.

It’s been a bumpy start for me with the @HomeEdders discord. A HUGE thank you to @ryivhnn and @crosheille for helping me with it. I'll chalk it down to a learning curve!

Thank you so much for all those who shared their experiences with people who didn't necessarily agree with them home educating.

@crosheille shared how she trained to become a teacher and ended up turning that too threshing her own children rather than becoming the traditional school teacher her family expected. Much of her friends and family's opposition came from her breaking with what we consider the norms. Find out how she dealt with this.

Sometimes opposition comes from the school if you decide to remove your child to home educate. @minismallholding offers some tips on how to deal with this.

Coming with a different approach, @andrepol discusses how many children's books are centred around school being assumed in all children's lives.

@radicalpears has always done things in a child led way with her son, so she's gotten pretty used to being questioned on it. Read how she has dealt with this and turned it around.
