Homemade Beetroot and Orange Chutney

I had a hoard if organic Beets from my last two Veg Boxes from a local grower. Apart from roasting them I really was at a loss what to do with them.

I also had some oranges left over and typically not of the spices I actually needed. So had to pop to shops for all the ingrediants.

I forgot to take the first lot of photos of the prep work. But essentially its

Raw Beetroot
Orange zest
Clove
Mustard Seed
Coriander seed
Cinnamon
Onion
Apple
Sugar

All chucked in a pan for about and hour. Not forgetting to let it bubble over and make a horrid mess... oh well.
