I'll share my personal vanilla pan cake recipe with u guys today. It's easy, yummy, satisfying, and inexpensive.
INGREDIENTS.
80grams of butter/ 6 tablespoons of butter.
half a cup of milk.
2 large eggs.
4.1 cup of flour.Half cup of sugar.
1 tablespoon vanilla.
Half teaspoon baking soda.
Half teaspoon baking powder.
9 .pinch of salt.
PROCEDURE.
Melt butter, do not allow to boil. Use a double boiler if necessary.
Pour in half of your sugar and mix till desolved. Add your milk to cool down the butter. Separate your egg whites, put the yolk into the butter mix and mix well. Beat your egg whites with d remaining half of the sugar. Add your flour, your baking powder and soda wit a pinch of salt, fold mixture, then add your egg whites which you have beaten till very fluffy. Fold in gently till u see little or no lumps. Grease your non stick pan, on low flames allow to get hot. Scoop mixture with a spoon, allow to fry for 1 minute till the edges turn light brown and the top starts to bubble. Flip to the other side and fry for 10 seconds,. Do same with the rest . ENJOY.
