Ok, So today we finished putting the beams in at the homestead project in Virginia. It was a long hot back breaking week. When we finished we took a break. When I looked over this is what I saw on the wall. A three plus foot black snake climbing the wall. He dissapeared into the eves and re emerged on the other end. Then he went behind the header for the side door. We finally got him out and killed him with a 2 by 4. He was in the shed and in the yard and I saw him several times this week. I dont like snakes at all !! I was going to live and letr live and just try to ignore him. But when he came into the house he crossed a line that I could not live with. He had to die. All he had to do to enjoy a long happy life was to stay outside..
