I'm trying something new this weekend. I make sourdough bread. I enjoy sharing it with others. Well, oftentimes people will tell me how good it is and that they would pay me to make some for them.... So..... I took orders and am making bread for my friends. (I can't sell commercially as I have cats that I cannot prevent from accessing my kitchen.) Well for my first attempt I have orders for 12 loaves of bread that people will pay me for!! I'm so happy and working hard to make sure they turn out perfect. Someday I dream of a bigger kitchen. I currently have 6 gallon jars of starter fermenting and three different types of bread in process.

nothing tastes like home than sourdough bread.
I used to live in Amish country here in Michigan and I would love going to the neighboring Amish or Mennonite farm to buy some.
I haven't made sourdough in ages... need to find the starter dough
