Good day my friends and fellow steemians.

As i set aside my Homesteading on sunday cause i'd been at the church for the whole day. As usual God first..šŸ˜Š

I done have other tools, thats my one and only tools i use of my gardening.šŸ˜Š

Today early morning i tilling the soil to make it smoth and it's good for the crops of tilling them. So the crops can grow easier and not die.

After tilling the soil,i put some seed's of a juckfruit tree every corner of the place. So i can rest someday under the shade of the jackfruit tree..it takes a long time to see that jackfruit tree blooming some leaves. But it will be worth some day.

Sweet! Great job @bien. Jackfruit is one of my favorite fruits. How long will it take to harvest the first fruit?

Sir @cjclaro it depends on the variety but if you want to easily grow a jackfruit you should buy a sapling from an agrishop or horticulture shops near you. They are usually selling 2-6 months old fruit tree saplings and it usually take another 2-3 years for the trees to bear fruit. :)

Ā  Ā· Ā 7 years agoĀ

Ohh!glad to hear that @cjclaro i donr know yet sir.cause it's my first time of doing a homesteading and gardening..šŸ˜Š

Never in my life have I eaten a jackfruit., how does it taste like?

Ā  Ā· Ā 7 years agoĀ

It has a good smell that make you want to eat and it taste sweet, not so sweet but it's better sweet..

Ā  Ā· Ā 7 years agoĀ

So it tastes like a mango but not quite :) So you eat it only when it's ripe or you can try it when it raw? I heard it can be a substitute for meat but I think I might be wrong.

Ā  Ā· Ā 7 years agoĀ

Only ripe!you can also cook it if it's raw..

Ā  Ā· Ā 7 years agoĀ

You will be harvesting a lot someday. :)

Ā  Ā· Ā 7 years agoĀ

Yes indeed at @zazarina someday after all is done
