Lifted up a container to find this pile of worm castings, a great natural plant fertilizer, underneath and a large worm. I plucked the worm and placed him in the container to work his way down. Had to do a quick search to verify that this is what worm castings look like.. just another thing I feel fortunate about living here.. the natural aids. Plenty of worms around here, should consider a vermicompost bin...
