well i mentioned a couple of days ago i ordered another type of mushroom spawn to try and grow my own. when it was delivered it turned out to be a different variety i hadnt planned on growing.
a quick message to the seller at mushroombox.co.uk and the issue was resolved and they let me keep the oyster mushroom spawn with thier complients.
so now if all goes well ill be rocking out with 3 varietys of mushrooms giving a massive boost to our self sufficency but allso a potential revenue stream if i was to scale it up 🤔 down the line.
- white button mushroom
- portobello mushroom
- grey blue oyster mushroom
i will be doing a big write up on this if its sucessfull but that post is about 4 weeks away
