Another day of hard work/ Preparing for an event/ Lunch date

Its a fine hot day today, not raining. Steemit and homesteader friends i hope your day is going to be a good day.

I have start my busy day preparing stocks order by our van selling, they withdraw stocks from my warehouse, and i prepare it for them.

That is our checker Diana (office clerk). Noticed the big display cabinet on top of that L300 closed van, they will deliver it on the place where we will be having an event called "sari-sari store", wherein all distributors here in Pangasinan will participate.

Im back to warehouse, to prepare stocks for tomorrow's delivery. I have prepared stocks for 11 outlets, one outlet is in Zambales area (outbase). Im done preparing it before lunch time.

@mama-imee will cook "pork sinigang" for our "lunch date" today.

Here are the ingredients and photo's taken by @mama-imee.

Ingredients

2 lbs. pork belly, sliced into cubes
2 to 3 cups kangkong leaves
3 pieces long green chili pepper (siling pansigang)
2 ripe tomatoes, quartered
1 cup sliced daikon radish (labanos)
10 to 12 pieces snake beans, cut in 2 inch length pieces
1 large yellow onion, quartered
15 pieces okra
2 pieces taro, peeled and cut in half (gabi)
8 cups water
2 (20 g) packs Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix Original
3 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Aside from knorr tamarind sinigang mix, she boiled tamarind fruits for additional sour taste.

Instructions

Pour water into a cooking pot. Let boil
Add onion and tomato. Boil for 5 to 8 minutes.
Put the pork in the cooking pot. Boil for 25 minutes.
Add the taro. Cover and continue to boil for 30 minutes.
Add Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc mix, fish sauce, and ground black pepper; stir.
Put the daikon radish in. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add the chili peppers, okra, and snake beans. Cook for 7 minutes.
Add the kangkong. Cover the cooking pot and turn off the heat. Let it stay covered for 5 minutes.
Transfer to as serving bowl. Serve with a small bowl with patis and spicy chili.

And its done! Time to eat guys!

After lunch date, imee put out this collected plastic bottles, tin cans and glass bottles (to sell it). She sold it all for P50.

Back to warehouse.

Van selling withdraw again some stocks. My two office mates were checking my preparation, if its tally on the purchased order.

Its good alright, im just enjoying it, but what i really want is to work in a small farm where there are many animals to feed and vegetables to plant. Thats my simple dream @ahlawat 😊. Im hoping steemit will change my life someday 😊.
