The chickens are always so busy and contented with the new pen.
Normally chickens do not like such tall grass. Anything over 8” is hard for them to move about in.

That pen, at 50' x 50' we can get 90 tops. Mostly it's been around 75 - 80. The real limiting factor is roost space in the coop, though...
