Since many people use the organic King Arthur bread flour, I wanted to be sure to run a test on my recipe using ONLY this flour!
It certainly held up! The “spring” of the bread was great...it’s 4 1/2 inches high! It’s soft and silky on the inside, and crunchy chewy on the outside!
The flavor is not anywhere near as good as my favorite organic ancient grains and milling flours, but this sure is good!!!
