Suspension of classes were announced earlier this morning by the School's Division Superintendent of Lapu-lapu City due to the sinulog festival to give ample time of rest for some participants merely students of Lapu-lapu City. And because no students ofcourse no duties for teachers also, yay! 😉.

As we were having some chitchats at home we noticed this bunch of banana on the side and seems no one cares. So interest aroused and ideas come out to make something out of this banana. So?...... you get it! Let's make snack out of it.

First ofcourse peel the banana and slice it thinly. It's better to used unriped banana than the riped one when cooking banana chips. The taste will not differ anyway only the crisspiness.

So we need brown sugar to add sweetness of the banana. You can use white sugar but better to use the brown one.

Next step is to heat the oil and then add the sugar and the sliced banana. Constantly stir it to avoid burnt sugar. This will only lead to a bitter taste.

Aftermath, tadadang . . . . . . . Home made banana chips for our snacks today.
