Consisted of a hearty soup and egg muffin omelets

Let’s talk for a minute about making delish, homemade food and saving money!

Yes, I try to buy everything organic that I can, yes I save money everywhere I can and stretch budgets and my kids know I despise wasting food lol... so as my kids coined it we have a lot of “left over soup.” Ofcourse starting the morning early with a glass of lemon water and my favorite supplement #EHT

Today’s “left over” weekend food prep .

Egg Omelets
9 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Organic sausage
Cheddar cheese
Herbs / sea salt / pepper

Left over Soup
1 gallon of water
10 small left over yellow potatoes, partially cooked
2 cups left over corn
Remainder of sausage from above
Spices
2 cups of left over baby carrots
Sea salt and peppercorns

Fun stuff........ left 5 strawberries, 1 apple, 1 banana .... cut it up for a dish of fruit salad that can be served in small amounts as a side and stretched through 4-6 people easily!
