You can't beat growing your own. If you don't have a garden (like myself, i live in a flat) why not get an allotment?

if you are in the UK check out your local council. you might be surprised at how cheap they are.
We pay £75 per year (includes water rates) for a decent sized plot.

You get to grow your own, have a garden with somewhere nice to be in the summer and you get meet some great people and be a part of a great community

Looking good!!
Your peppers look delicious! ♥
Ive not heard of renting allotments before, what a great way for people with a small property to have their own garden and grow healthy FOOD!
Great post!

Very nice vegetables, it looks really good and delicious. Your blog is very inspiring to me. I bought greenhouse in August, and looking forward to the next season. I live in northern Norway, and here in arctic regions it is not easy to get vegetables grow, but with greenhouse it become much easier. I like your post and your blog, and will follow you, thank you for sharing :-)

We tried to get an allotment but they are all full near us, I really want one as I love growing my own veg. I want to grow a giant Pumpkin for Halloween one year too haha. ps. Thanks for sharing my sky diving post
