WOULD YOU LIKE TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES?

Have you thought of making chocolate cupcakes before? Do you know that, Chocolate cupcakes are the ultimate party food? Make some for your next party.
A good chocolate cupcake recipe is a key to warming heart. This one makes moist and fluffy cupcakes that with only three tablespoons of butter are low on fat but every bit a treat.

Steps on how to make a delicious chocolate cupcake .

  • Lets begin by pre-heating the oven to 350 degrees.

  • Line the pan up with paper cups or foil liners.

  • Mix together with a the dry ingredients in a dry bowl.

  • A 3/4 cup of flour.

  • A 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda.

  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

  • 3/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.

  • A teaspoon of salt.

  • Set the bowl aside and move to the wet ingredients.

  • Get a large bowl

  • Put 3 tablespoons of softened butter.

  • 1 cup of sugar.

  • Cream both the butter and the sugar together until it's light and fluffy; this should take about three minutes.

  • crack two eggs into a small bowl.

  • add them one after the other to ensure your mixturep It's always a good to crack the eggs separately so you don't end up with shells of eggs in your cake because nobody likes that.

  • Once, the eggs are mixed well, add a 3 quarter tea spoon of vanilla extract.

  • Add the flour mixture and one cup of milk gradually.

    Its nice if you add the dry ingredients in 3 parts and the liquid ingredients in 2 parts so as to ensure everything gets blended without having flour flying out of the bowl.

  • Using a small ice-cream scoop, fill the cups with the mixture.

  • Bake for 15 to 17minutes

  • Once you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, then it means the chocolate cupcakes are ready.

  • Let the cup cakes cool.

  • Top them with your favourite frosting.

Cupcakes can be served in birthdays, after school treat, picnics, parties etc.
You can make this over and over because nothing pleases the crowd like a refreshment session filled with chocolate cupcakes.
