In Philippines we have a lot of kind of street food that you can make it at home. My Father and Mother in law start their business selling a street foods.
They are popular to this kind of business because of their sauce for all the grilled foods. The sauce is the secret of their business. Since they are making the sauce like no others vendors can copy. No one can competence to their neighbors to this kind of business because of this sauce.

I tasted all of the goods and all I can say is “Yes it is really delicious” The sweet spicy plus the sour of the sauce can feel to your tongue.
What I really like the most is how clean the preparation they have. It is important to the customer because they are satisfied on what they saw in the preparation.

My Father and Mother in doing this type of business every summer. Here is the sample of their street foods that they are selling.

1. Grilled Blood of Chicken.

This is made by the blood of chicken they are buying in market. It is came from all the chicken that they are selling in market.
They cook the blood of chicken in half cook which is the blood become solid and slice it to small piece and put it in the stick then it’s ready to be grilled.
They are selling the grilled blood of chicken in the low and affordable price for only 5 peso per stick or equivalent to 0.1 US dollar.

Some of the customer mixes this street food into the rice and when they are drinking liquor.

In this type of business they had only a Capital of 3500 when they but all this streets food since they had already a motorcycle service and all the things like plate and more bowl needed for the preparation. From the capital of 3500 pesos they can sell all the goods to 5500 pesos. They had a profit of 2000 pesos from all of the goods that they are selling. They will sell it in two days but not the whole time they start from 1pm and close at 6pm.

The hard things for this kind of business is the preparation of this food since you have to do a lot works before you can sell this food. they selling it beside their house.

...reminds me on my experience with Balut!

Its really delicious and tasty food. I appreciate your work. Keep it up. Wish you avery happy and bright future.

Excellent! I remember eating most of those. I used to eat from lots of mum and dad street vendors. Rarely had a problem and the taste was much better than McDonalds or Jollibee could ever produce.

That's very popular here in Davao also although I don't think I have seen the grilled blood or pork mask head anywhere. This is a very lucrative business but requires a lot of work and hands on supervision. I'm happy they are doing good.

I couldn't quit reading this even though I am not sure I could eat the head or foot. I understand they are a delicacy some places. Great Post and thank you for sharing!
I agree the sauce can make or break you!
